CURRENT VACANCIES

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR
of Farley Hall Equestrian Centre

Up to £22K - 5 day week

A PA is required for our 5-Star Equestrian Centre in Swallowfield. This is a live out position, working five days a week.

Duties will include but are not limited to: diary management, travel arrangements, screening and dealing with telephone calls, being the key contact for the Director of the Equestrian Centre, managing the office and admin functions, liasing with staff, clients and the livery yard manager, promoting highest standards, assisting in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, assisting in the organisation of events/functions and working closely with the rest of this fantastic team.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF
Microsoft Office, excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills etc.

Any equestrian knowledge will be a benefit.
